Describe the opening stage

  • Completed fixtures with surface dustName the accessible areas and installed materials.
  • Stock arriving before the proposed cleanExplain what will remain accessible once products are in place.
  • Remaining fit-out workIdentify trades or deliveries that could affect cleaning readiness.

Start with the finished fit-out

Opening preparation begins by checking what is actually finished. Shelving may be installed while further drilling is planned, or flooring may be laid while installers still need to return. Describe the final work still expected so cleaning can be considered at a suitable stage. This service is for assessing ordinary completed shop interiors, with cleaning provided by Bravo Maids. It is not a construction clearance or debris-removal service. The request should explain whether work areas have been released, whether bulky materials are removed and whether the spaces can be accessed safely.

Before timing can be agreed

  1. ReadinessClarify completed work, remaining materials and safe access.
  2. MaterialsIdentify finish instructions and residue requiring assessment.
  3. Opening milestoneSeparate the preferred cleaning date from a fixed opening deadline.

Separate new fixtures from stock

Tell us whether the premises are empty, partly stocked or already arranged for opening. Installed counters, shelves and fitting rooms need a different description from the merchandise placed on them. Identify protective coverings, closed storage and surfaces that must remain untouched.

Stock handling, display installation and inventory management are not ordinary cleaning tasks. If shelving interiors or covered surfaces need attention, explain who can clear them and when. Cleaning should not depend on guessing which items are products, props or packaging that can be moved. A concise description of each requested area keeps those responsibilities visible.

Identify the finish beneath each mark

A new shop can have dust on accessible surfaces and localized marks left by installation. Describe both, including the material underneath and any available care instructions. Mention flooring, coated fixtures, glass and counter finishes where relevant rather than asking for a treatment in advance.

Paint spots, adhesive and other residue need assessment before any removal is agreed. Their presence does not establish that cleaning can remove them or that a particular method is suitable. Cleaning does not repair scratches, restore damaged materials or substitute for installer correction. Unknown residue should be identified as unknown; hazardous-material work is outside this offer.

Plan around the real opening sequence

Provide the intended opening or reopening date and a separate preferred cleaning window. Explain whether the deadline is fixed and whether further trades, display work or deliveries will take place between cleaning and opening. Work after cleaning can affect areas that have already been addressed.

The date written in an inquiry is a requested milestone. It does not reserve capacity or establish that the shop will be ready to open. Scope and availability need to be agreed separately. If completion slips, the proposed cleaning date must be assessed against the changed conditions rather than treated as unchanged automatically.

Arrange authority and building access

Identify who can approve the cleaning scope and whether the payer or access contact is someone else. A fit-out contractor, property manager and shop operator may each have different responsibilities. Explain those roles so an instruction about the interior is not confused with authority over the whole property.

Mention parking, loading and permitted work hours, along with any vendor requirements. Landlord-controlled corridors, shared restrooms and exterior areas are not automatically part of the shop request. Private entry details should be arranged through an appropriate channel after access requirements are understood, rather than posted in the initial form.

Describe the premises before submitting

Include the location, approximate size and type of shop, then name the completed areas needing attention. State whether stock is present, which fixtures are installed and what work or residue remains. Add the preferred access window and intended opening milestone.

Use the request form to start an assessment. For an already operating shop seeking ordinary one-time or repeating attention, retail cleaning may be the closer fit. Neither option creates an appointment on submission. The actual tasks, suitability and timing are confirmed after the property details have been assessed.

Questions people ask

How should I describe a completed shop refit?

Choose shop opening cleaning and explain whether trades are finished, fixtures are installed and stock is present. Mention remaining materials or residue and give the intended opening date. That date is a requested milestone, not an accepted cleaning deadline.

Can you remove marks left by installers?

Describe the mark, the surface beneath it and any care instructions. Adhesive, paint and other residue need assessment. Removal is not automatic, and cleaning is not a substitute for repairing damaged finishes or resolving incomplete installation work.

Does a request confirm cleaning before opening?

No. Your opening date is information for assessing timing. A visit requires separate agreement on scope, readiness and availability. If trades or deliveries are still planned, include them so the proposed window can be assessed.
